Morpheus8 requires minimal downtime. Most patients experience redness, swelling, or pinpoint marks immediately after treatment, all of which typically fade within one to three days. To support healing:

  • Avoid touching the treated area for twelve hours
  • Skip makeup for at least twenty-four hours
  • Apply gentle moisturizers as advised by your provider
  • Avoid strenuous workouts and heat exposure for twenty-four to forty-eight hours
  • Protect treated areas from sun exposure during the first week
  • As the skin repairs itself, texture and elasticity gradually improve over several weeks.
