IS A JAWLINE ENHANCEMENT GOING TO MAKE ME LOOK YOUNGER?
Age-related changes to our midface and jaw bones result in less "scaffolding" to support the soft tissues of fat and skin on our faces. This lack of structure causes jowls to form or the soft tissues of the face to shift. Additionally, the shape of our mandible recedes, altering the sharpness of our jawline. These elements, along with gravity and a decrease in tissue flexibility, contribute to the appearance of jawline aging. Although facial bone structure cannot yet be grown back, dermal filler injections used in a jawline enhancement can assist address volume loss in the face by contouring, moving, and renewing your features for a more youthful appearance.
DOES JAWLINE ENHANCEMENT WORK FOR MEN?
Although the aspirations of men and women differ, dermal filler injections can be used by any patient who wants to acquire the form and structure that will best suit their face. Men's chin width should be the same as their mouth width, and their chin shape needs to be more square. Women should have chins that are wider than their noses, and their chin shapes are often rounder. WHO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THIS PROCEDURE?

The ideal candidate for a Jawline Enhancement, in particular, is non-smoker, in good general health, and only requires minor interventions. HOW LONG WILL THE RECOVERY TAKE?
Even though the results of a Jawline Enhancement are immediately noticeable, there could be some little bruising and swelling at the injection sites. The majority of the swelling from the dermal filler is expected to diminish 2-3 days after the procedure, although there may be some edema for up to 2-4 weeks.
