WHAT IS THE TECHNOLOGY BEHIND VELASHAPE?

The VelaShape technology is the only non-invasive body contouring procedure that combines four distinct technologies:

Radio Frequency Bipolar (RF)

This unique combination increases the breakdown of stored fat, shrinks fat cells, and expands lymphatic drainage all at the same time. Overall, Velashape works by precisely targeting and controlling the heat of dermal and hypodermal tissue while massaging the treated area to smooth the skin.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL IT TAKE?

It is critical to emphasize that each patient's needs are different. Weekly intervals between four and six treatments are typically recommended. A maintenance session every six months also helps to maximize and maintain the results.

WHEN WILL I SEE THE RESULTS?

Right after your first VelaShape treatment, you'll notice gradual improvement in the treated area. The surface of your skin will feel smoother, firmer, and tighter. Cellulite reduction results, on the other hand, will be visible 6 to 8 weeks after the final VelaShape treatment session.

WHAT SIDE EFFECTS MAY VELASHAPE HAVE?

Velashape has been cleared by the FDA as safe and effective in the treatment of cellulite and circumference reduction for all skin types and colors. The most common VelaShape side effect is redness and swelling in the treated area. This is completely normal and to be expected. If you have very loose skin, you may experience bruising or scabbing, but it should only last a couple of days.
