HOW DO DERMAL FILLERS WORK?

Dermal Fillers are injected below the skin surface with a very fine needle. With that, the gel plumps and lifts the skin gently to replace collagen loss by the natural aging process. Movement and sensation should not be affected, to the extent that your lips and skin look and feel soft and natural.

HOW LONG DO DERMAL FILLERS LAST?

The results can last from four up to six months or even longer in some cases, depending on how fast your body metabolises each specific dermal filler product.

WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED WITH DERMAL FILLERS?

Fillers can be used to help reshape facial contours - such as cheeks and chin - smooth away your smile lines, and bring fullness to thin lips. The most common areas treated are the nasolabial folds, adding volume and shape to the lips and the cheeks.

AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR FILLERS?

It may be stingy and slightly uncomfortable, but it is not expected to be painful. After that, the actual dermal filler injection should be painless. There’s also no downtime and most patients are able to return to work immediately after treatment.
