WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF CLEAR + BRILLIANT LASER?
Clear + Brilliant uses fractional laser technology. This means that the laser energy is divided into an array of tiny beams to treat only a portion of the skin while leaving the rest unaffected. The treatment is frequently referred to as "baby" or "little" Fraxel since it only eliminates 20% of the skin's surface as opposed to the 25% to 40% that is removed (or ablated) with the Fraxel laser. Although you will require more than one treatment, it requires no downtime. So a series of sessions is the best way to see results from this therapy.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE TREATMENT?
A typical Clear + Brilliant® Treatment starts with a consultation to determine whether Clear + Brilliant® is the best approach for your skin goals. A typical session lasts roughly 30 minutes. Prior to treatment with the Clear + Brilliant laser, you might be asked to apply a topical numbing lotion to your face to increase comfort. During the actual procedure, our laser practitioner will gently move the Clear + Brilliant® handpiece across the target area and actively treat your skin for approximately 20 minutes. Take comfort in knowing that the treatment makes use of the unique Intelligent Optical Tracking® technology to ensure optimal skin contact and uniform application to all treated areas.
DOES IT HURT TO GET CLEAR + BRILLIANT?

We sometimes advise using numbing cream to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible. A simple topicaine numbing cream can ensure all the comfort you may need during the procedure.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
They don't call it brilliant for nothing! Many patients noticeably transform their skin after just one 30-minute Clear + Brilliant laser treatment at StudioMD. However, we typically recommend a course of four treatments spaced out over three to four months to restore the full youthfulness and radiance of your skin. IS THERE ANY AFTERCARE INVOLVED?
The non-invasive nature of Clear + Brilliant treatments means that you can resume your normal activities with little to no downtime. Any redness or swelling will be mild and will normally subside within a few hours to a few days because the treatment is specifically intended to minimize adverse side effects. Following treatment, you might notice a sandpaper-like sensation that lasts for around 3 to 7 days. It is critical not to exfoliate. Keep in mind that being consistent with a good skincare routine is key for maintaining your results.
